2020 Dream Big 5k

In light of the CDC’s recommendation, we sadly announce the cancellation of The Dawn Brancheau Foundation 10^th Annual Dream Big 5K.

With your generous support over the past 10 years, The Dawn Brancheau Foundation has given over $1.3 million to benefit children, others, animals, and the environment. We are committed to the organizations we work with in the Orlando area and will use our reserve funds to meet this year’s requests.

Dawn’s Foundation will supply acrylic stars for the Castle of Miracles at Give Kids the World, purchase new dining room furniture for the boys and girls at Central Florida Children’s Home, purchase Montessori learning materials and furniture for Firm Foundation Preschool at Matthew’s Hope, distribute school supplies and holiday toys to the children serviced at the Howard Phillips Center for Children & Families, and provide birthday celebrations and a home-improvement shopping spree for Edgewood Children’s Ranch. For our furry friends, The Foundation will fund spay and neuter services for Dolly’s Foundation and SNiP-it, and provide funds to Happy Trails Animal Rescue to train service animals for those in need.

Although we will not all be together on April 4^th, we hope you will remember Dawn by run/walking your own 5K, brightening someone’s day, completing a community service project, and/or doing a random act of kindness.
